When you place an order in your Airwatch Shop, it will be processed by our fulfillment centre within 1-2 days.

Standard shipping : Free of charge. Free Shipping. 

Shipping time: United Kingdom-Canada-USA-Europe: 7 to 10 working days

After purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.

However, this email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check it carefully before contacting customer service.

You will receive an automatic follow-up by email at each stage of the delivery of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Any item is eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of receipt of the package (postmark will count).

We accept returns provided the products are returned in their original packaging.

If the product does not please you or you have changed your mind upon receipt of the product.
You must return the product to us within 30 days in the original packaging and the return costs will be your responsibility.

After receiving and analyzing the products, your refund will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-5 days.

Different types of products cannot be returned.

* Downloadable software

If the product is defective or broken upon receipt, we will ask you for proof of the problem (photos, videos). If the proof is sufficient, we will send you an email to confirm the refund. According to your choice, we will resend you a new product for free or we will fully refund the purchase price, in some cases particular you should return the products but the return costs will be at our expense and upon receipt we will refund you completely.

Your refund will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-5 days.

Exchanges 

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case, you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at help@neosound-uk.com.
